Processing Time
Most orders are processed within one business day (Monday–Friday), excluding public holidays. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
During peak periods or sales events, processing times may take slightly longer — but rest assured, we’ll keep you updated so you always know when your order is on its way.

Shipping Coverage
Chickirice proudly ships to all 50 U.S. states, including Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, and the U.S. Virgin Islands, as well as APO/FPO military addresses.
Shipping Confirmation & Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email that includes:
Risk of Loss & Title
All orders are shipped FOB shipping point, meaning that once the carrier takes possession of your package, ownership and responsibility transfer to you. Once marked as “Delivered” by the carrier, the delivery is considered complete.
Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages
If your package seems lost or delayed, please:
Verify that your shipping address was entered correctly at checkout.
Check with neighbors or anyone who may have received the package on your behalf.
Contact the carrier using your tracking number for detailed delivery information.
If you still can’t locate your package, contact us at support@chickirice.com within seven (7) business days of the expected delivery date. We’ll assist you in investigating the issue.
For stolen packages, we recommend filing a claim directly with the carrier. While replacements aren’t guaranteed, our team will do our best to help you through the process.
Incorrect Address Policy
If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, we’ll notify you promptly. You can then choose to:
Have the order resent (additional shipping fees may apply), or
Request a refund (excluding the original shipping cost).
Multiple Shipments
Some large or multi-item orders may ship separately to speed up delivery. You’ll receive separate tracking numbers for each package.
