Each order is handled with meticulous attention to detail — and if anything goes wrong, our team is committed to resolving it promptly, fairly, and with your satisfaction as our top priority.
Order Changes & Cancellations
Please review your order carefully — including size, color, and quantity — before completing checkout.
Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase, subject to a 10% cancellation fee.
Once an order has been processed or shipped, cancellation may no longer be possible.
To request a cancellation, please contact us at support@chickirice.com with your order number for faster processing.
Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges for incorrect selections such as size or color.
If you made an error, you may cancel your order within 24 hours and place a new one.

Returns & Refunds
We accept return requests within 120 days of delivery. After this period, all sales are final.
Eligible for return if:
• The item arrived damaged or defective
• You received the wrong product
• The product differs significantly from its online description
Not eligible for return if:
• The item has been used, washed, or altered
• It has minor cosmetic imperfections (e.g., loose threads)
• It’s missing original tags or packaging
• The damage was not caused by Chickirice
How to Request a Refund
To start a return or refund request, email support@chickirice.com with the following details:
• Order number
• Photos or videos clearly showing the issue
• Proof of purchase
• Shipping receipt (if applicable)
⚠️ Do not return any items without prior approval. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted or processed.
Refund Processing
Refunds are issued within 7 business days after the returned item has been received and inspected.
You’ll receive a confirmation email once your refund has been processed.
Refunds include original shipping charges.
If your refund hasn’t appeared within 10–15 business days, please contact your payment provider for assistance.
Important Notes
• Return window: 120 days from delivery
• Return shipping cost: Customer’s responsibility (unless caused by a Chickirice error)
• Chickirice is not responsible for loss or damage during return transit
