Chickirice reserves the right to request further evidence or clarification if documentation is insufficient.

5. Counter-Notice Procedure

If access to material has been removed due to a DMCA notice, the responsible party may submit a counter-notice asserting that the removal was made in error or due to misidentification.

A valid counter-notice must include:

• Identification of the removed material and its prior location
• Full legal name, address, phone number, and email address
• A statement of good-faith belief that removal was mistaken
